Channel routing

How to connect Slack

Go to Settings → Alerts → Slack in suky.

Choose OAuth (recommended) or paste an incoming webhook URL.

Select the Slack channel to receive alerts.

Configure which alert types to send (SLA breaches, anomalies, weekly digests).

Send a test alert to verify the connection.
